One of the great benefits of being a Type Camper is that you are surrounded by people that notice what you notice. This was also true for me in Melbourne as I walked around the center with Stephen & Marina. We photographed signs, ugly buidings (sorry, Melbourne, you’ve got LOTS of them!), and cool cultural things.
The day before camp started, which is when the instructors go back over our lesson plans and purchase all the required supplies, turned out to be a fun day.
We walked around the Central Business District of Melbourne and noticed loads of cool things, from yarn-bombed trees, to leg letters (really!), to an awesome ‘mm’ ligature, to what we all agree is the world’s coolest money.
